Learn from Brazilian samba master percussionist André Coelho from Rio de Janeiro! André will show and demonstrate each of the essential Brazilian samba percussion instruments. We will have some percussion instruments available for participants to use, but please bring your own instruments if you have any.

This is a regularly occurring Brazilian percussion ensemble practice. All levels are welcome to participate; while primarily intended for adults, all ages are welcome.

Registration is $80 for the full semester (September – December 2022) or $15 per drop-in. Purchase now or at the door. First-timers can participate for free! (Needs-based scholarships are also available if payment is an issue.)
