In partnership with ABRACE, EducArte offers free weekly music lessons for Portuguese-speaking children. Our instructors teach students the basics of Brazilian music, including music theory, history, and practice. All classes are conducted in Portuguese to promote and maintain Brazilian arts, culture, and linguistic heritage language of participating families.
Join us for our two-part Brazilian carnival dance class, featuring frevo and samba! Frevo is taught by Kate Spanos and samba is taught by Ilheuma Zezeh.
